Total P&L ownership.* Build omni-channel customer relationships at the buyer level and facilitate connectivity within other functional areas* Build strong internal relationships and work directly with internal cross-functional teams to drive category, brand, channel and account specific initiatives* Develop and execute omnichannel strategies and growth plans across Walmart Inc.* Drive distribution, merchandising, pricing and promotional strategies to optimize sales performance and trade spend efficiency* Lead account strategy development and implementation to identify and capture new and/or emerging opportunities* Monitor account and customer performance via the Scintilla Charter platform* Develop and execute Walmart Inc. promotional plans and activities* Manage and enforce PSB MRP policy and pricing* Negotiate and manage new programs, trade funds and terms* Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales and shipment forecasts to achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Business or related* Minimum 8 years of sales experience selling to Walmart* Must live within a reasonable distance to Walmart HQ* Must have a proven track record of success with Walmart* Must be an expert in Retail Link and Scintilla Charter* Must have Walmart Marketplace experience and track record of success* Previous Category Management or Category Insights experience a plus* Proficiency with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* Experience with and firm understanding of syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI)* Ability to travel up to 20% overnight travel#LI-Remote**BENEFITS:**Working for PetSafe Brands definitely has its benefits.
