
Finance Operations Director

Our client is hiring for a Director of Finance Operations. This role leads financial strategy and execution for a complex operations environment, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive efficiency, cost control, and informed decision?making.
Responsibilities
Lead financial oversight for manufacturing and supply chain operations
Partner closely with operations leaders to improve cost, efficiency, and performance
Own monthly close, forecasting, and operational financial reporting
Translate financial data into clear insights to support decision?making
Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and operational KPIs
Support sourcing, vendor management, and cost?reduction initiatives
Guide capital spending analysis and investment prioritization
Collaborate cross?functionally to align financial and operational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Extensive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
Strong understanding of cost accounting and operational finance
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel or analytics tools
Proven ability to partner with non?finance teams
Strategic thinker with hands?on, execution?oriented mindset
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Track record of driving continuous improvement and business results
