Coach and teach contracts
Teach database and COI marketing
Command training
Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients
Mentor appointments
Weekly accountability with agents
Help negotiate contracts
Ability to teach sales script mastery
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Real estate sales experience
Commission opportunity
Completed transactions are searchable in the MLS
Team player
Coachable and trainable
Attend ongoing KW training and events
Great with communication
Compensation $160,000 at plan
