What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Assisted Living Administrator / Executive Director, you will oversee the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community. Your responsibilities include achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, supervising and developing all employees, ensuring services exceed customer needs and expectations, and overseeing day-to-day activities.

• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
• Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
• Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
