Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and driven Dual Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for two Marriott-branded hotels located in Westminster, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives on collaboration, enjoys building business across markets, and is motivated by growth, performance, and teamwork. This role is designed for a sales leader who wants to work hard, have fun, and win with a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all revenue-generating activities for both hotels, including group, business transient, and catering sales.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that maximize revenue across both properties while ensuring brand alignment and market synergy.
  • Collaborate with each hotel’s General Manager and Revenue Management team to forecast, analyze, and optimize performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel partners, and community organizations within the Westminster and greater Denver markets.
  • Oversee and mentor the sales team across both hotels, fostering a motivated, results-driven, and supportive culture.
  • Coordinate cross-property efforts to leverage shared demand opportunities, co-host client events, and streamline communication within the market.
  • Represent both Marriott hotels with professionalism and enthusiasm at networking events, trade shows, and local business functions.
  • Monitor competitive trends, identify new business opportunities, and champion innovative sales strategies that position both hotels as market leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and uphold a service-focused sales approach that reflects Marriott’s core values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hotel sales leadership experience; prior dual or multi-property experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success driving sales performance and achieving revenue goals in full- or select-service hotels.
  • Deep understanding of the Westminster/Denver market or comparable urban/suburban hotel markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and manage a team across multiple sites.
  • A positive, competitive mindset with a balance of fun, focus, and professionalism.
