Pay Range

The total pay for this role is $75,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr, based on skills and experience.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northeast market. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves building a brand through retail execution and distributor management.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow Nixie’s distributor and retail business across the Northeast—including sales, equipment investment, and service.
  • Use tools such as VIP and internal analytics platforms to identify opportunities, track performance, and generate business insights.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with grocery, natural, and alternative channel retailers , maximizing shelf space, executing displays, and driving brand awareness.
  • Ensure flawless retail execution , including display builds, promo compliance, pricing audits, and incentive implementation.
  • Maintain planogram compliance and sufficient inventory levels to keep shelves, coolers, and displays full.
  • Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of beverage sales and distributor management experience.
  • Prior experience managing a regional sales team a plus.
  • DSD experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Travel: Up to 80% within the territory; occasional overnight travel.
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Clean driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Must reside in the Greater Boston area and be available for early morning starts (7am).
