Role Description
We are seeking a Director of Business Development for a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, Florida. In this position, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and managing relationships with key accounts. You will oversee lead generation, spearhead contract negotiations, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients will be central to your daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making to meet organizational goals
- Exceptional skills in Contract Negotiation and communication to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining and growing client relationships
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and build partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
