Position

Area Sales Director – Flowers Bakeries

Responsibilities

• Support Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sales and Independent Distributors (IDs) to manage customer relationships and expand the customer base.
• Engage in sales activities, seek new selling opportunities in the market, and track sales data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and in-market display execution.
• Utilize digital tools to show execution wins and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with a Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on consumer insights.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales. Experience as a sales representative, distributor, or in another sales role required.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Requirements

• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $68,000 – $78,000. We offer competitive pay and an excellent total rewards package. Benefits may vary by location.
