Director Integrated Supply Chain Analytics (Finance)

As a Director ISC Analytics here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will have a transformative impact on our aerospace business. You will drive operational efficiency, optimize decision-making, and unlock valuable insights within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization by overseeing and guiding the work of your direct reports. Your strategic vision and guidance will shape the development and implementation of advanced analytics models and tools, enabling us to stay ahead of the competition.

You will report directly to the Sr. Director ISC Analytics for Honeywell Aerospace and you'll work on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, empowering us to make informed, strategic decisions that drive business success in the aerospace sector. You will be responsible for leading analytical solutions for specific ISC functions such as Operations, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and more, ensuring that each function is equipped with the insights needed to enhance performance and achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will design and develop analytics visualizations that leverage advanced technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence, to provide deeper insights and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy for the Integrated Supply Chain organization within the aerospace sector, including data collection, storage, and maintenance, to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Leverage advanced technologies including artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from aerospace supply chain data, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness across Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Planning.
  • Design and develop analytics visualizations that effectively communicate insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align aerospace supply chain analytics with overall business goals and strategies.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in progressive data analytics roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with data governance and quality initiatives.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving data‑driven decision‑making and delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience in aerospace supply chain analytics or related field.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence and coach others.
