There is a need to streamline intake, ensure predictable delivery, and improve reporting without spreadsheets across 10+ teams. This leader must make progress visible, build governance that empowers and connects execution to enterprise value.
Responsibilities:
- Expert in portfolio governance, intake design, and tooling (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira Align, etc.)
- Owns transparency, risk escalation, and dependency tracking
- Translates C-level priorities into actionable delivery frameworks
- Works cross-functionally to create a culture of visibility and ownership
- Helps eliminate chaos in intake, sequencing, and executive updates
