About the Role
We are hiring Enterprise Account Executives (Remote) to drive growth across verticals such as Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Services, Life Sciences, and Industrials/Energy Tech. This role is ideal for a highly consultative seller comfortable at the table with executive‑level decision makers. You will own a portfolio of Fortune 500 and industry‑leading clients, focusing on account growth and new business generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Originating opportunity and closing deals: bring in new business, generate new logos, and convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Building durable client relationships: inspire trust, propose innovative solutions, and define the client experience.
- Consulting with C‑level executives: partner daily with leaders to plan their future and solve their toughest problems.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally: work closely with the broader commercial team to close and support strategic opportunities.
- Leading and mentoring: provide thought leadership to clients and mentor junior team members.
About You
- Background in B2B client service with a consultative sales track record that consistently beats monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Proven ability in heavy business development and new logo generation.
- Comfortable as a senior individual contributor managing multiple complex deals.
- Deep understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close and expertise in managing multiple stages and clients.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled in time management and decision making.
- Strong executive‑level communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) and a data‑driven approach to prioritization.
- Relentless service orientation, trusted‑advisor relationships, and a collaborative team mindset.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role, located in Chicago, Illinois, is $80,000–$130,000 depending on experience. You will be eligible for a quarterly bonus plan with an on‑target reward of 65% of your base salary and participation in benefits including healthcare, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid sick and personal time off, paid parental leave, and more.
