$30.00 – $40.00 / hour (W2 Only)

The Opportunity We are seeking a
Senior Creative Designer
to join a dynamic, cross-functional "pod" team. You will partner with Art Directors and external agency partners (Accenture) to shape concepts and lead design execution across integrated campaigns. This hybrid role is designed for a designer who balances "mild to wild" creative exploration with the technical discipline to deliver production-ready assets for massive event environments, print, and digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Concept & Pitch:
Develop campaign and event concepts based on high-level strategy. Explore multiple creative routes and present clear rationales to stakeholders and clients.
Design Execution:
Produce polished, high-impact creative across environmental/event signage, print collateral, digital assets, and integrated decks.
Systems Thinking:
Translate creative direction into scalable design systems, including typography, grids, component libraries, and layouts that expand efficiently across touchpoints.
Pod Collaboration:
Work in tight, cross-functional pods, engaging early with video/motion, web/dev, and CX partners to ensure concepts are feasible and production-ready.
Strategic Iteration:
Refine work through multiple rounds of feedback while upholding elite craft standards from the first comp to final production files.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
2–5+ years of experience design, content design, or product design experience (or equivalent consulting/work experience).
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-craft execution in
environmental design , print, and digital campaigns.
Event Ecosystems:
Proven experience designing for event marketing (signage, onsite collateral, templates, and email-adjacent assets).
Visual Hierarchy:
Expert-level understanding of typography, composition, and layout systems; ability to maintain clean aesthetics with disciplined restraint.
Communication:
Comfort delivering design rationale and connecting creative choices back to business objectives and strategy.
Nice to Have
Motion Design:
Capability in simple kinetic typography or social/motion transitions.
Environmental Production:
Familiarity with print specs, vendor coordination, and fabrication considerations for physical events.
Web/CX Partnership:
Experience working with dev teams to ensure creative concepts can be executed cleanly in a digital environment.
Work Environment
Schedule:
This is a hybrid role requiring a consistent onsite presence 2 to 3 days per week at one of our primary office hubs.
