Direct all planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring every project aligns with organizational mission, strategic initiatives, and customer priorities. Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and cash flow while managing internal/external audits and reporting key metrics and risks to leadership. Act as the primary liaison for general contractors, defining contract parameters and ensuring all partners meet strict safety, conduct, and operational standards. Drive continuous process improvement and business innovation through collaborative partnerships to enhance construction efficiency and service delivery. Lead the full talent lifecycle—including hiring, training, and performance evaluation—to build a high-performing project management staff.
Required Credential(s): Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Manager Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) also accepted. Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Healthcare construction experience preferred. Project Management preferred. xsgimln Leadership of 5-10 years strongly preferred.
