Position Summary The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all dining, bar, and event operations at the club. This role leads food and beverage service, ensures exceptional member experiences, and partners closely with culinary leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage offerings. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in private club, hospitality, or upscale dining environments.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all food and beverage operations, including dining outlets, bar service, and member events Lead, develop, and schedule team members to ensure exceptional service standards Partner with culinary leadership to align service and culinary execution Drive a high-quality, consistent member experience across all dining and event offerings Manage labor and operating costs in alignment with budget goals Support planning and execution of club events, banquets, and social programming Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service xsgimln excellence and accountability

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of food & beverage management experience Experience in private clubs, resorts, or upscale / full-service dining environments strongly preferred Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality service standards Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience managing budgets, labor, and cost controls preferred
