In this opportunity, you will meet with clients through scheduled virtual consultations to help them understand benefit options and make informed decisions about protecting their financial futures.

What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Clearly explain and recommend benefit options based on each client’s needs
Guide individuals and families through the decision-making and enrollment process
Maintain organized digital records and complete follow-up communication
Participate in team coaching sessions and strategy meetings to support ongoing development
Who You Are
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Open to coaching and continuous professional development
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Strong communicator who enjoys helping others and building relationships
