Position Description PingWind is seeking a UI.UX Analyst responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting user experience and user interface solutions that enable clear, intuitive, and data-driven task dashboards and reporting capabilities for MODES III.
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks
Analyzes user needs, workflows, and reporting requirements to inform UI/UX designs for O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations dashboards.
Designs and refines user interface components, layouts, and visualizations that support intuitive navigation, clarity of information, and effective decision-making.
Supports the development and enhancement of interactive, data-driven widgets that provide real-time visibility into task activities, metrics, and performance trends.
Collaborates with Agile teams, the Scrum Master, and technical staff to translate functional and reporting requirements into usable and accessible UI/UX solutions.
Assists with usability reviews and iterative improvements to dashboard interfaces, incorporating user feedback and Government direction to enhance effectiveness and usability.
Required Qualifications Must possess a Secret Clearance.
Desired Qualifications Master’s Degree.
