you will help individuals find meaningful employment.
A typical day might include the following: Working with individuals to develop career goals and objectives Teaching individuals how to create a customized resume, fill out effective job applications, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews Engaging with local businesses to develop potential job opportunities
This position may interest you if: You want to positively impact an individual's life You have previous experience in high-touch customer service environments You thrive being part of a collaborative team, yet can work independently
Career growth opportunities
– potential selection into our Management Training Program for people who have the following experience: Management of a small team Informal leadership in sports, clubs, or civic organizations
Additional requirements include: Valid driver’s license and comfortable traveling within your local community Monday – Friday, daytime hours availability (flexibility offered for part-time) Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device
