About the Role As Solution Architect you will develop leading edge digital solutions spanning Product, Engineering, QE, UX, MarTech, and Data. You will shape technology strategy, evolve and future‑proof our platform, and deliver high‑quality software.

Location Onsite in Beverly Hills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance frameworks aligned with retail business goals.

Research, analyze, design, and deliver enterprise architectures tailored for the retail industry, covering infrastructure, resilience, security, governance, automation, and integration.

Evaluate new technologies and determine applicability for delivering SaaS for digital retail operations.

Provide architectural guidance and collaboration across stakeholder organizations to ensure solutions meet fashion retail industry requirements.

Lead cloud readiness assessments, application modernization initiatives, and cost‑benefit analyses for retail systems.

Design deployment architectures for enterprise services, user experience, and systems/applications operational excellence to achieve optimal performance, fault tolerance, redundancy, and scalability in retail environments.

Oversee integration of omnichannel delivery methods and mobility experiences for seamless retail customer experiences.

Work with implementation teams to take concepts to delivery and contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and adoption of good engineering practices.

Embrace calculated risk‑taking to promote business goals as a top priority.

Qualifications

10+ years overall technical experience, with at least 5 years leading teams as a solutions architect.

Experience driving composable commerce solutions for B2C digital commerce on web/mobile/app platforms.

Use of AI/data‑centric approaches to scale customer journeys and digital back‑end systems.

Proven track record of translating high‑level abstract problems, business or technical, into successful features.

Strong systems engineering background, simplifying complex technical challenges across the full lifecycle.

Experience working with distributed onshore and offshore team members.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Proficiency with UX methodologies, back‑end integrations, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and automation to build low‑touch systems.

Coach and mentor who can demonstrate technical craft and remove roadblocks.

Experience developing capabilities on leading e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Cloud, and knowledge of Buy vs Build decisions.

Integration experience with third‑party products/vendors to enhance e‑commerce capabilities.

Experience with major cloud providers – AWS, Azure, GCP.

Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries – React, Vue, Next.js.

Compensation Base salary range: $200,000 – $230,000 per year (exempt position). Salary may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Total rewards package includes performance bonuses, long‑term incentives, PTO, and progressive benefits.
