Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to support business growth across the United States and Europe. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding Synapmed’s presence across pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the United States and Europe

Build relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners

Promote Synapmed’s service offerings across pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, clinical research support, and commercialization services

Generate and manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure

Lead client discussions, presentations, proposal development, and commercial negotiations

Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and position relevant solutions

Represent Synapmed in client meetings, industry events, and business forums

Track market developments, customer needs, and competitor activity across target markets

Support achievement of commercial objectives and revenue targets

Preferred Experience

Proven experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences sales

Existing network in the United States and or European healthcare ecosystem

Experience engaging with pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare decision makers

Understanding of service based consulting and outsourcing models

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and drive business outcomes

Preferred Profile

Exposure to pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, clinical operations, or commercialization services will be an advantage

Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across international markets

Strong commercial mindset with ownership and execution focus

Compensation Compensation can be structured as fixed consulting fee along with performance linked incentives.
