The Opportunity We’re hiring Enterprise Sales Executives to join our founding team. This is a pure hunter role for professionals seeking unlimited upside and equity in a category-defining company.

Universal AI Certification, one assessment satisfies EU AI Act, NIST, ISO 42001, GDPR, and UNESCO frameworks.
Target Market
Fortune 2000 CISOs, Chief Compliance Officers, and VPs of AI.
Deal Size
$100K–$750K annual contracts.
Compensation & Upside
Competitive commission-only structure with uncapped earnings. Compensation details shared after NDA.
Career path: Priority conversion to full‑time W‑2 roles post‑seed funding with base salary and full benefits package.
Training Provided
Comprehensive remote onboarding and ongoing training covering product knowledge, compliance frameworks, and sales enablement tools.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in enterprise SaaS or compliance sales
Proven ability to access and sell to C‑suite (CISO, CCO, CIO)
Comfortable in commission‑only, high-autonomy environments
Ability to articulate complex value propositions simply
Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, for pipeline management and sales tracking
