Responsibilities
Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and using effective selling behaviors during genuine interactions with shoppers. Ensure the store is consistently recovered, prepared, and meets brand visual merchandising standards. Use strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills to exceed sales results. Provide high‑level customer service through regular interaction with shoppers in the store. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and practices that align with company directives. Qualifications
Proven communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Solution‑oriented mindset. Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment. 0–1 year related professional/retail experience preferred. Formal education or undergraduate/graduate degrees desirable but not mandatory. Benefits
