This role focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting tailored products and service solutions, and delivering revenue growth across sectors such as hospitality, healthcare and industrial laundries. The Account Executive will act as a trusted consultant, maintaining a deep understanding of customer operational needs and industry trends.**Key Responsibilities:****Business Development & Sales Strategy*** Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territory or vertical markets.* Conduct outbound prospecting, market analysis, and lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline.* Deliver persuasive product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.* Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contract terms to close profitable deals.* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.**Account Management*** Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and service partners.* Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.* Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure smooth onboarding, installation coordination, and service support.* Monitor customer lifecycle to prevent attrition and maximize account revenue.**Industry & Product Expertise*** Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, detergents/chemicals, technologies, and service solutions.* Understand industry operations, including workflow optimization, throughput efficiencies, and cost-per-pound metrics.* Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to position solutions effectively.**Collaboration & Reporting*** Partner with internal teams including operations, service, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution.* Provide accurate forecasting, CRM updates, territory plans, and competitive insights.* Participate in trade shows, networking events, customer trainings, and product launches.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.* 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial equipment, industrial services, chemicals, or facility solutions.* Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.* Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.* Proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in commercial laundry, chemical solutions, industrial equipment, or related technical industries.* Knowledge of laundry operations and equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, finishing equipment).* Existing network within hospitality, healthcare, or industrial laundry markets.**A successful candidate:*** Builds trust, anticipates needs, and delivers high-value solutions.* Identifies quality opportunities and executes effective territory planning.* Learns and explains equipment specs, service programs, and operational workflows.* Delivers compelling presentations and wins consensus among decision-makers.* Takes ownership of targets with a competitive, goal-driven mindset.* Diagnoses operational challenges and recommends customized solutions.Proudly, Standard Textile has earned a title of US Best Managed Company for the **fifth year** running, an honor awarded by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, celebrating the exceptional achievements of American private companies and their management teams.Standard Textile is an Equal Opportunity Employer,
