Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to: Proactively engage homeowners
in your assigned area through door-to-door visits, phone calls, and emails to generate new business opportunities. Leverage persuasive communication and consultative selling techniques
to influence decision-making and close sales effectively. Build trust and long-term relationships
with homeowners through patience, persistence, and a customer-first mindset. Confidently present and demonstrate the value
of HomeTeam’s products and services, clearly explaining benefits and pricing to both current and prospective customers. Drive the sales process to completion , ensuring all agreements and documentation are accurate and comprehensive for a seamless customer experience. Stay adaptable and motivated , thinking on your feet and working independently to meet and exceed sales goals. There’s plenty of perks too! Competitive pay +
