About the Opportunity Axe Sports Group is building a selective network of

NIL Brand Partnership Executives

— experienced, relationship-driven sales professionals who will represent Axe in developing NIL partnerships for student-athletes and supporting athletic departments through our

Next Play Initiative (NPI).

This role is

regionally focused in Northern New York and Eastern Ontario , and we are specifically seeking candidates located within

a 1.5–2 hour driving radius of Potsdam, NY , including nearby communities in both the United States and Canada.

Ideal candidates may be located in areas such as:

Potsdam, NY

Canton, NY

Watertown, NY

Plattsburgh, NY

Kingston, ON

Cornwall, ON

Montreal, QC

Local market familiarity and regional brand relationships are highly valuable in this role.

This is a

high-impact, commission-only position

designed for individuals with proven sales, business development, or partnership experience who want to earn performance-based income in the rapidly growing

Name, Image & Likeness (NIL)

industry.

Executives in this network may be activated to support university partnerships and will also have the ability to source NIL deals for Axe’s existing athlete roster year-round.

This flexible deployment model is similar to the

associate pools used by consulting and professional services firms

— offering freedom, high earnings potential, and the chance to work on meaningful NIL projects.

About the NPI Sales Network Our

NPI Sales Network

consists of trained professionals who:

Are eligible for activation into university partnerships

Work directly with athletic departments as part of our NPI offering

Maintain access to Axe’s athlete roster to source NIL deals anytime

Represent Axe with professionalism and consistency

This model ensures universities receive top-tier support while allowing executives to continuously build brand relationships and earn commission.

Next Play Initiative (NPI)

is Axe Sports Group’s national university support program designed to elevate the student-athlete experience through:

NIL education and readiness

Mental performance training

A dedicated NIL sales engine that drives athlete partnerships

As a

NIL Brand Partnership Executive , you play a direct role in executing that sales engine for partnered universities.

Responsibilities University Partnership Support (When Activated)

Represent Axe Sports Group to designated athletic programs

Drive brand outreach and pitch NIL partnership opportunities

Present partnership concepts to businesses and university staff

Support proposal development and partnership executionMaintain strict professionalism and process compliance

Build relationships with local, regional, and national brands

Create NIL partnership ideas tailored to Axe athletes

Pitch, negotiate, and advance partnership conversations

Enter all opportunities into Axe’s structured deal pipeline

Collaborate with internal staff to finalize and activate deals

What We’re Looking For We strongly encourage applications from experienced professionals, including:

Sponsorship or partnership managers

Marketing and advertising sales professionals

Individuals with strong

local or regional brand relationships

Former student-athletes or alumni with deep university ties

Individuals with

1–5+ years of sales experience

seeking a flexible, performance-based role

Proven relationship builder

Self‑motivated and disciplined

Excellent follow‑through and professionalism

Strong presentation and outreach skills

Interest in NIL, college athletics, or brand partnerships

Comfortable operating as a commission‑only independent contractor

Ability to commit to a

one‑year engagement

Reliable communication and follow‑through

Willingness to use Axe’s outreach, process, and compliance structure

Participation in

monthly check‑ins with Axe leadership

Ability to represent Axe and university partners with professionalism
