Temporary Client Engagement Specialist

As a Temporary Client Engagement Specialist, you will empower clients to make informed decisions about their lives, careers, and finances, strengthening their relationships with us for years to come. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional client experiences now and in the future. What you bring to the table: A high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible availability to work various schedules across multiple locations. Experience in sales or marketing is a plus. Your contributions to our team will include: Answering calls and warmly welcoming clients to make them feel valued. Connecting clients with the right tax professional to meet their needs. Scheduling appointments based on client preferences. Ensuring all client needs are met during their service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Helping maintain a clean and organized office environment with your team. Completing additional tasks as needed. Your qualifications: Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Previous customer service experience. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office.
