Experience 6-8 years of relevant experience (Sales, Tendering)
Specific experience
(is a MUST)
3-4 years of Industry specific experience: Tendering and Sales for Electro-mechanical works of Hydropower projects)
Core skills
Understanding and analysing market behaviour, forecasting business growth, executing key decisions and implementing strategies.
Realising customer business needs and selling competitive advantage.
Influencing cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy.
Applying technical optimizations in Hydro-generating equipment.
Preparing exhaustive cost-estimation of equipment and systems.
Job Description
Managing entire Proposal Management Process.
Creating and monitoring the entire proposal schedule.
Facilitating decision-making process within the team on strategic matters such as sourcing structure, selection of sub-suppliers, performance indicators, etc.
Ensuring on-track progress of all essential elements of proposal based upon defined proposal schedule and bidding strategy.
Organizing and leading necessary internal meetings defined under Proposal Management Processes.
Establishing financial risk concept, sales contract checklist, hedging calculation.
Developing recommended selling price based upon market price, competition and identified risks.
Representing sales and proposal teams, both internally and externally.
Participating in negotiations until award of contract.
Seamless transfer of new orders to contract execution teams.
Representing company in events, exhibitions and conferences.
