Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Lube Technician you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.

Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.

Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.

Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.

Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Position Summary\nThe property Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating property and APD claims and determining settlement value, if any, based on the individual merits and available defenses of each claim.

Essential Functions

Investigate, evaluate damages and liability, negotiate, and settle assigned claims

Maintain activity log on actions taken on each file and maintain diary system

Settle claims within authorized limits

Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service

Performs onsite and virtual inspection of damages to resolve coverage and damage issues to include preparing complete estimates of repair for the covered damages

Sets appropriate reserves for claims

Proactively provides all parties with claim process and status as appropriate; answers questions or redirects as needed

Works with contractors to establish appropriate repair costs

Requests payments through claims database

Maintains files of related documents and form electronically

Prepares reports of losses to clients. Prepares reports on large losses for internal use as well as for reinsurers as necessary

Acts as a backup and as a resource to other Adjusters

Identifies subrogation potential and pursues recovery

Works with underwriting to help provide relevant information on losses for renewal rates as well as Risk Management to identify trends

Other duties as assigned

Proficiency in entire Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to read estimates

Ability to understand terminology used in construction industry

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems

Required Education and Experience

High School education

Demonstrated experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims

Demonstrated experience handling potentially large property losses

Solid knowledge and understanding of policies and endorsements related to property coverages

Solid knowledge and understanding of each phase of the claim handling process

7-10 years of experience in property adjusting preferably commercial property

Preferred Education and Experience

Prior experience handling property claims

Prior experience working with municipal insureds

Claims designations such as AIC or ARM

Proposal Writer specializing in developing, organizing, and producing professional quality proposals and client submissions while partnering closely with business development and the ATS Operations Team within the Consulting and Design division. This position coordinates and tracks proposals and ensures the highest quality in all proposal materials within our suite of design, inspection, testing solutions. This multifaceted role demands a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and persuasive writing.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough needs analysis and project scope assessments to create accurate and compelling proposals

Collaborate with customers, sales team, and ATS Operations Managers to ensure proposals align with codes and industry standards

Participate in virtual client meetings and incorporate visuals (graphics, photos) to strengthen proposal messaging.

Engage in pricing strategy discussions with sales and operations teams

Manage priorities to meet strict deadlines

Coordinate the full lifecycle of pre-qualifications, tenders, and proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs)

Draft, edit, and proofread proposal materials, including project profiles, resumes, and bid-specific content

Maintain a library of standard proposal content and administer collected information

Monitor bid portals and notifications to identify new opportunities

Track multiple concurrent proposals with short turnaround times

Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to document customer opportunities and sales data

Revise proposals based on feedback and ensure consistency with company standards

Research clients, prospects, markets, competitors, and industry trends to inform business development strategies

Required Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communication, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal writing, business development, or marketing within construction, engineering, property management, or safety industries

Strong technical writing and editing skillsProficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with precision

Strategic planning skills and high motivation to deliver exceptional outcomes

Understanding of building envelope services and related terminology (preferred)
