Responsibilities
Proactively engage with potential buyers and sellers through multiple touchpoints
Follow up consistently using a multi-step communication plan
Master and implement company-approved sales dialogues and techniques
Track and report prospecting activity and conversion rates weekly
Maintain high standards for response time and lead conversion
Participate in weekly team huddles and coaching sessions
Qualifications
Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident during property tours.
Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tallahassee, FL, or a willingness to learn quickly and stay updated on market trends.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple showings and client interactions efficiently.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools that enhance the client experience and streamline processes.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facilitate property tours and client meetings.
