Join Oracle as a Lead Digital Marketing Editor, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our high-impact content programs. This position blends content editing and traffic management to maintain editorial excellence and enhance AI-driven discoverability, ensuring all content transitions smoothly from draft to publication.
Responsibilities
Content Editing & Quality Assurance
Edit and proofread a range of enterprise content, including articles, web pages, and white papers.
Ensure all content adheres to the
Oracle style guide
and meets legal/compliance standards.
Enhance clarity, structure, and messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
Work alongside SEO and AI specialists to integrate insights into editorial revisions.
Content Traffic & Workflow Management Manage content intake, routing, and prioritization effectively through a
project management tool .
Oversee project timelines, dependencies, approvals, and status reports across teams.
Identify and address workflow obstacles, suggesting actionable improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate communications among content creators, SEO experts, product marketing, legal, and web teams.
Support marketing campaign objectives and large-scale content initiatives by aligning timelines and deliverables.
Maintain concise documentation and effective communication across distributed teams.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in
content editing and operations
within an enterprise or B2B SaaS setting.
Proficient in utilizing enterprise work management tools for efficient content workflows.
Intermediate knowledge of
SEO principles , including search intent and on-page optimization.
Outstanding editorial skills with meticulous attention to detail and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications Background in
enterprise back-office (ERP, HR, SCM, etc.) cloud software content .
Familiar with content tools and editorial processes.
Experience working with global, multi-stakeholder marketing teams.
Key Skills & Competencies Strong editorial judgment and detail orientation.
Disciplined in workflow and project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
