Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Sales and Food & Beverage teams while helping bring events and promotions to life across the hotel. No two days are exactly the same, but your work will help ensure our guests and clients experience exceptional hospitality.

Coordinate and execute special Food & Beverage events throughout the property, working closely with the Sales and culinary teams to ensure every detail is handled smoothly.

Support the Sales team with a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, updating client information, organizing files, and assisting with event documentation.

Help maintain the hotel’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, highlighting hotel events and experiences, and showcasing what makes our property special.

Assist with marketing initiatives to support client communications, keeping projects organized and moving forward.

Collaborate with different departments in a fast‑paced environment, creating memorable guest experiences.

You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people, whether coordinating internally with team members or assisting with client communications. You’re creative and interested in marketing and social media, with an eye for highlighting experiences that engage our audience.
