Job Summary The Superintendent holds the responsibility of overseeing daily site construction activities and managing all necessary field personnel to ensure the successful completion of the project within the designated schedule and budget. This encompasses upholding the highest quality standards, supervising trade and field personnel, and implementing effective construction safety practices throughout all on-site activities.
The individual holding this position is required to report to a project site five days a week. It is expected that the individual lives within proximity of the project location or the surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility and interest in being assigned to other project locations throughout the United States after your initial assignment.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise all aspects of the day-to-day field operations.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with all project team members to maintain project schedule, safety, budget and quality control efforts.
Plan and organize project work to assure all work is in place in accordance with contract documents.
Have working knowledge of owner contract, subcontracts and purchase orders.
