Local Hero is seeking an Sr Outreach Sales Representative to accelerate growth by expanding strategic partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and deepening client relationships.

The Sr Outreach Sales Representative plays a critical role in powering sales and recruitment pipelines for major national and international franchise brands in the restaurant industry.

Local Hero blends local digital media, dynamic ad creation, self‑serve technology, and full‑service value to create custom campaigns and increase consumer traffic for national brands and local franchisees.

This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations:

Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico

A Day in the Life:

Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our digital marketing platform product offerings

Build strong relationships and gain insight to the needs of prospects and customers

Coordinate and evaluate digital advertising programs including targeting and testing

Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research

Work with leadership and other business units to design industry‑specific outbound strategy and assets

Conduct month‑end and year‑end close processes and analysis

Support leadership to manage pitches and deals including internal and external deadline calendars and communications

Create or assist the production of pipeline and reporting meetings

Build and present program reporting

Help manage client data across a range of technologies

Assist with events and conferences

Here’s what you need to get our attention:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience

2+ years sales experience preferably in a digital marketing or SaaS environment

Ability to Travel (5-10%)

Here’s what will make us call you for sure:

Local marketing and/or local ad sales experience

Small Business or franchisee marketing and/or sales experience

Strong interest in digital marketing and marketing technology

Skilled writer and verbal communicator

Experience working with CRM platforms and knack for learning new systems

Understands the room and read people well

Can easily build rapport and advocate for client needs

Deadline and detail‑oriented with a project management mindset

Self‑motivated with strong analytical skills

Compensation: $70,000 base/ $70,000 bonus incentive= OTE $140,000/year
