WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enforce lease and community rules and regulations

Process account receivables

Process late notices

Audit resident files and account ledgers

Complete mid‑month and end‑of‑the‑month reports

Ensure all avenues for bad debt collections are addressed

Enforce wage garnishments and evictions if warranted

Diplomatically address and resolve resident concerns

Represent community to prospects and lease apartments

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in accounting required or 4‑year degree required

Demonstrated experience using software including Microsoft Office Suite products and Yardi Voyager

Demonstrated customer service experience

Demonstrated ability to communicate both in verbal and in written form to internal and external groups with a high level of customer service

Demonstrated experience to act in a detail‑oriented role, analyzing data as requested

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The compensation range for Account Administrator position is $19.89–$29.83 based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 25% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment. To become a resident at any HHHunt community, all Team Members must pass standard resident screenings and background checks, (separate from employment background checks).

EDUCATION High School Diploma or Equivalent or better.

PREFFERED EDUCATION Brown's or better.

EXPERIENCE

Customer Service experience

Previous Accounting experience, 3 years

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
