Salesforce Product Analyst Consultant

plays a crucial role in working with Business and IT stakeholders to understand needs, capturing and managing quality requirements that align with effective system solutions. How You Will Make an Impact: Engage with complex business requirements, craft epics and user stories while managing the backlog and conducting thorough issue research based on subject matter expertise and an understanding of business processes.

Collaborate closely with the business to analyze growth trends and to ensure critical data is leveraged for effective solutions.

Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring requirements are aligned with business needs and potential risks are mitigated.

Support strategic initiatives and lead the definition of system requirements, design, testing, training, and implementation support.

Work collaboratively with Business Owners, Product Managers, and/or Product Owners to capture, prioritize, and clarify business needs to meet stakeholder expectations.

Assist in analyzing functional business requirements to verify the design aligns with non-functional requirements.

Participate in Product Roadmap planning and all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Act as the primary interface with initiative teams, ensuring they have a clear understanding of requirements.

Contribute to the development of operational readiness documentation and training materials to facilitate system adoption and functionality usage.

Provide support during integration and acceptance testing phases as well as during implementation.

Demonstrate experience leading and collaborating in teams, proactively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Adhere to the established SDLC protocols while identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Utilize Agile principles to achieve deliverables and enhance communication.

Guide team members in a leadership capacity, serving as a subject matter expert.

Act as an advocate for change, exemplifying adaptability to various work styles and processes.

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in analysis, project management, and a working knowledge of mainframe computer hardware and operating systems; or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities: Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and data-driven skills to define requirements and drive metrics-based outcomes.

Proficiency in project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Teams) with a keen attention to detail in tracking progress and documentation.

Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when interacting with cross-functional teams consisting of both developers and business stakeholders.

Familiarity with SAFe/Agile practices.

Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) is required.

A background in the health insurance industry is preferred.
