About the Role As a Senior Oracle Health Solutions Consultant, you will design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions for key Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Join our dedicated Federal Consulting team focused on enhancing electronic health records for active-duty service members, veterans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives. Utilize your extensive knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven industry practices to drive impactful results. Your independent judgment and vast experience will enable you to develop innovative functional and technical solutions while collaborating effectively with stakeholders to positively influence the healthcare landscape. Key Responsibilities Independently manage complex tasks to deliver customized functional and technical solutions on customer engagements. Apply Oracle methodologies and best practices for the successful implementation of Oracle products and technologies. Participate in business development activities and contribute to project teams, with opportunities to lead initiatives. Consult proactively with customer management to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant experience in functional or technical roles, focusing on Oracle Health Millennium solutions. An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $25.48 to $60.63 per hour, translating to an annual salary between $53,000 and $126,100, along with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
