As an Enterprise Architect Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding business and technology leaders in defining and implementing architectures that yield substantial business value while efficiently managing IT complexities. You will help articulate a clear, business-driven vision and roadmap for Enterprise Architecture, fostering successful implementation and alignment with strategic goals. Your Responsibilities Include: Cultivating client trust by advising on enterprise architectures that enhance business value and streamline IT structures. Leading the design and execution of comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies, operational models, and detailed roadmaps. Evaluating the technology landscape to identify opportunities for modernization and enhanced value from existing components. Assessing the alignment of architecture with the client's business strategies across all areas, including organization and applications. Defining essential enterprise architecture capabilities, processes, and governance roles. Creating architecture blueprints and roadmaps tailored for large-scale technology environments. Staying ahead of industry dynamics and technology trends to recommend vital changes to enterprise architectures. Managing large-scale technology transformations that deliver real business outcomes. Harnessing the Accenture global network for insights and collaboration. Deepening your expertise in architecture frameworks and governance practices. Key Skills Required: Intermediate knowledge in Business Architecture. Data and Information Architecture and Governance. Enterprise Architecture Operating Models. Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Planning. Enterprise IT Governance. Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture. Integration Architecture and Security Architecture. Solution and Application Architecture. Technology and Platforms. As a Manager, You Will: Lead key workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables while mentoring your team. Drive development of cutting-edge thought leadership and innovative insights that resonate with market demands. Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with senior clients, progressing towards C-suite interactions. Drive sales and successful execution of strategic architecture initiatives. Engage with strategic partner ecosystems to enhance service offerings. Focus on personal growth and development while mentoring peers and junior staff. Be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures. Experience in creating effective roadmaps and building business cases for technology initiatives. A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in technology/architecture. Proven leadership experience in team management, client facilitation, and architecture recommendation development. A broad understanding of common architecture challenges alongside effective resolution strategies. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Skills: Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. In-depth functional or industry expertise in specific components of Enterprise Architecture. Relevant Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience in cutting-edge technology implementations (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Robotics). Compensation and Benefits:
