Account Executive , you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within the telecom and technology sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to fortify our ServiceNow partnerships and explore new avenues of business. If you are energetic, well-connected within the ServiceNow ecosystem, and passionate about sales, we want you to join our dynamic team! Your mission will be to help organizations fast-track their digital transformation through innovative ServiceNow solutions, utilizing strategic planning, effective territory management, and focused field sales efforts. Your Impact: Develop strategic business plans to foster sales growth, including the execution of creative marketing events. Build strong relationships with key C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across various product lines. Lead account strategy by aligning client relationships and leveraging a team of specialists. Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customers' specific challenges and demonstrating how ServiceNow solutions can amplify their IT and business initiatives. Collaborate with internal experts and support teams to engage appropriate resources at critical moments to successfully close deals. Continuously build a solid pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential opportunities within your territory. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for both existing and prospective customers. Keep abreast of all ServiceNow products and solutions through continuous learning, certification, and industry seminars. Engage with current and prospective customers to grasp their business needs and showcase how ServiceNow solutions can meet those needs. Stay informed on market trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings. Prepare sales budgets, maintain records, and provide reports to leadership, including biweekly forecasts. Your Experience: 4-6 years of experience in selling ServiceNow solutions or competing SaaS products. Strong networks within the ServiceNow ecosystem are highly desirable. Experience in selling consulting and integration services tailored to the

Technology and Telecommunications sectors. Demonstrated ability to generate new business, cultivate relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain robust C-Level partnerships. Proven track record of managing multiple sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure. History of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently. Ability to build trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients. Exceptional relationship management skills with a consultative approach towards executives and key stakeholders. A strategic mindset to align sales actions with broader organizational objectives. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet client needs. Education & Certifications: BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a technology-related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. Relevant industry certifications are highly valued.
