Property Manager (Project Management)
Meredith Lodging North Coast, LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team in the Cannon Beach area. This vital role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping and maintenance across a portfolio of vacation rental properties. Success in this position requires the ability to build strong relationships, maintain high operational standards, and ensure a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment for guests and owners.
Key responsibilities include managing laundry services, supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff, coordinating supply ordering, scheduling cleanings, handling routine and emergency maintenance issues, and collaborating with internal departments.
What You’ll Do
Managing our housekeeping and maintenance team members schedules
Managing vendor schedules, if applicable
Maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards for guest readiness
Help resolve issues with guests concerns & complaints regarding maintenance and housekeeping
Creating plans to keep the properties in excellent shape
Manage work order system to ensure homes are maintained and in working order
Who You Are
High school diploma or equivalent
23 years of management or team leadership experience
Experience in property management, facilities, hospitality, or service-based operations preferred
Experience working in short-term vacation rentals a plus
Organized and detail oriented takes the time to ensure the job is completed and correct
Capable of managing multiple competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency
Communication able to effectively communicate with homeowners and staff
Adaptable and flexible enjoys doing work that may require frequent shifts in direction
Solution oriented collect and analyze information, problem-solve and improve efficiency
Reliability is dependable, consistent and does not have attendance issues
Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is not required but is a plus with our diverse workforce
Achievement oriented enjoys seeing tasks through to completion and hitting goals
Self-starter can work independently and will seek out new tasks rather than waiting for direction
Growth oriented a strong desire to grow professionally and learn new tasks and skills
