Role Description We are seeking a full-time Insurance Agent for a hybrid role based in New Iberia, LA, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, selling insurance products, assisting customers with policy inquiries, and identifying the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Additional responsibilities include managing insurance portfolios, staying updated on industry regulations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Strong understanding of Finance and financial products
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a hybrid setting and effectively manage time between remote and in-office responsibilities
Active insurance license in the state of Louisiana is preferred
Experience in a sales-driven environment is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
