Responsibilities:

Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the "ins and the outs" of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.

Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new vehicles.

Ability to accurately and efficiently process/sign all legally required paperwork.

Collaborate with the Finance Department to present and sell financing options and a full complement of F&I products to cash, finance, and leasing clients.

Follow‑up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

Leverage CRM and DMS dealership systems to track sales leads and customer follow up activities.

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.

Someone who is punctual with excellent time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced negotiation, selling, and closing skills.

Ability to adapt to the ever-changing sales environment and customer demands.

Must be able to multi‑task while being detail‑oriented.

Proficiency with various industry software including the Dealership Management Software (DMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, and others.

Someone who thrives in a progressive process‑driven environment.

Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.

Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Previous sales/customer experience.

Previous Experience working in a dealership (a plus).
