Summary of the Position

The E‑Commerce Account Manager will assist the E‑Commerce team/Manager in executing account/vendor management, administrative tasks, and sales and marketing tactics, and KPI tracking across multiple B2C platforms in a B2B environment, to grow sales and help achieve leadership of Nutramax products in marketplaces. Responsibilities include communication with platforms, reporting sales metrics, executing project management tasks, tracking budget/invoices, communication with channel partners internally, auditing product detail pages (content, pricing, variations, etc.), assisting in content syndication, promotional planning, and relationship building with key customers for potential ownership of key customer account management. Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting: Tracking sales metrics and KPIs; presentation and distribution of results; communication with partners to understand and request reporting data. Project Management: Ensure project pipeline flows smoothly and quickly and flags roadblocks. Budget Management: Tracking spend, returns, and budget across multiple channels, while tabulating against partner invoices with appropriate GLs and Purchase Orders. Auditing: Ensure all PDP details (content, pricing, variations, promotions, technical details, keyword ranking and tracking, etc.) are consistent and accurate across channels and effectively track/report issues. Product Events: Assist in executing product launches, activation strategies, and promotions by means of communication with channel partners. Communicate Effectively: with external and internal stakeholders within a team environment. Technological Capabilities: advanced spreadsheet skills, proficient in PowerPoint/presentations, project/task management software experience. Supports E‑Commerce team: Owning day‑to‑day tasks that align with the E‑Commerce vision and executing on strategy. Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required. Minimum Requirements

3–5+ years of e‑commerce account ownership, sales, and marketing experience, including B2B and B2C. Proficient with administrative work with high level of organization skills. Experience with B2B account management with manufacturing and/or distribution. Project and task management. Highly organized and adept in both data entry and tracking of, but not limited to, sales reports, projects, budgets, invoices, marketing calendars, and website auditing. Understanding of business relationships: 1P, 2P, 3P, B2B, B2C, D2C, etc. Microsoft Suite, with elevated Excel skills. Pet category or human supplements experience a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, sales, or marketing related discipline, with a minimum of three–five years related experience and/or training. Travel
