What You’ll Do
Support parts and accessories sales for marine and powersports customers
Assist service departments with parts lookup and ordering
Provide cost estimates and customer support
Process invoices and payments
Receive, stock, and manage inventory
Spend approximately 50% of your time in the marine store (more during peak season)
Support Saturday coverage (weekday off provided)
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in parts, service, dealership, or customer‑facing sales roles preferred
Experience in marine, powersports, automotive, motorcycle, RV, lawn & garden, or small engine strongly encouraged
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable selling accessories and working directly with customers
Basic mechanical knowledge a plus
High school diploma required
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating)
Weekday off when working Saturday
Compensation Salary + Commission (Stable income with performance upside)
Typical Earnings: $50,000–$75,000 annually
Top Performers: $80,000+ possible based on sales and customer support performance
