OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a trusted advisor to employer clients, building strong relationships, conducting employee meetings, educating on benefit plans and consumerism, and acting as a compliance resource on regulations impacting benefit programs.
Manage client servicing and renewals end-to-end, ensuring timely outreach, accurate enrollment and carrier submissions, adherence to service timelines, and maintenance of complete, up-to-date records in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver unified, high-quality service, maintain strong carrier relationships, and professionally represent the firm in client and community engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or equivalent work experience in financial services or a benefits related role.
State Health and Accident insurance license, or willingness to obtain one.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to read and interpret plan documents, insurance certificates, and contracts; apply basic mathematical concepts; and navigate situations with limited standardization.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex industry concepts to non-technical audiences and accurately document ongoing activities.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
