
Commercial Loan Processor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to join our team! This is a fast-paced, interactive position with CCFBank, a successful financial institution with locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.
As a Commercial Loan Processor, you are responsible for preparing all documents needed to close a loan and protects the bank's security interest using the information supplied by the commercial banker. You will review all documentation ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory agency, and bank policy requirements. This role will interact with loan officers, credit analysts, and third-party offices daily. Bonus points if you’re community focused and excited about making a positive difference for those around you.
The person in this role needs to be precise, consistent, and patient, with a willingness to prioritize one task at a time. Someone in this role will build job knowledge and competency through structured, step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. To ensure success, this role requires consistent, error-free work based on defined regulations and standards. This role promotes steady, methodical work, so that tasks can be completed accurately and on time.
Must Haves
Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
Note: Two (2) years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of the Associate’s degree.
Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry.
Two (2) years of experience working in loan processing or customer service.
