Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC with the possibility of partial remote work. The Mortgage Executive will be responsible for managing mortgage production, reviewing financial statements, analyzing market trends, and maintaining compliance with lending policies. The responsibilities include building client relationships, guiding clients through the loan application process, and developing personalized strategies to meet their financial needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and understanding of Finance principles
Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and market trends effectively
Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related financial regulations
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field highly preferred
Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
