The Director of Enterprise Applications and Data Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape, directly reporting to the CIO and executive team. This strategic leadership position encompasses the entire enterprise applications ecosystem, including ERP solutions, e-commerce platforms, data engineering, and analytics.
In this dynamic role, you will:
Lead the strategy and execution of modernization efforts across all enterprise applications and data platforms.
Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring robust integrations with business functions.
Manage e-commerce platforms and custom applications while guaranteeing seamless connectivity with backend systems.
Drive the vision for enterprise data and analytics, focusing on governance, quality, warehousing, and self-service business intelligence.
Lead teams in application development, ERP administration, data engineering, data modeling, and business intelligence development.
Implement best practices in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and change management.
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of critical business platforms.
Establish key performance indicators for system performance, data accuracy, and project delivery.
Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Manage relationships with software vendors, system integrators, offshore partners, and licensing providers.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Over 10 years of experience leading enterprise applications or data analytics functions.
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams, including ERP, data engineering, and BI.
In-depth knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of data architecture, engineering, and BI tools, with a preference for Power BI.
Experience with SDLC frameworks like Agile and Waterfall, as well as familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
Proven ability to partner across Finance, Operations, HR, and executive leadership.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
