About the Team
The Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) is dedicated to designing and implementing essential internal Fusion applications for Oracle. Our Enterprise Solution Architecture (ESA) team acts as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution. We ensure that our technology investments yield real business value by aligning strategic priorities, shaping application delivery roadmaps, and driving solutions that fuel Oracle's growth. We work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leaders to support the ongoing success of OCI.
Scope of Role
As an OAL Enterprise Solution Architect, you will take ownership of the architecture for a portfolio of vital application initiatives. You will apply your deep knowledge of business processes, Fusion applications, AI, and cloud infrastructure to devise scalable architectural solutions, assess scope and effort, and guide successful implementations.

Responsibilities Experience required A minimum of 10-15 years of broad experience in solution architecture, solution scoping/design, applications project implementation, and cloud infrastructure.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, Data and analytics, AI), preferably with Oracle Fusion.
Experience leading system architecture engagements with senior business and engineering stakeholders to establish roadmaps, approve solution designs, and validate delivery plans.
A strong inclination towards practical solution implementation and problem-solving, with a results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
A positive, innovative approach to solution design and delivery, along with adeptness in clearly articulating solution strategies to internal customers and executives.
Practical experience utilizing standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and associated architecture tools.
Ability to break down complex issues to derive suitable assessments and recommendations.
Proficient at building strong internal relationships; a lead contributor both individually and as a team member, providing guidance and mentoring to others.
Undergraduate or higher-level degree(s) or equivalent work experience.
Experience in the high-tech and software sectors.
Possession of Oracle Cloud certifications in Fusion, Data, Infrastructure, and AI would be advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
