Your Key Responsibilities Engaging with business stakeholders to assess their models and processes. Analyzing newly integrated technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement effective system architecture solutions. This dynamic environment presents challenges that require analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, offering abundant opportunities for personal and professional development. Travel may be required to meet client needs and strengthen relationships. Skills and Attributes for Success In this role, you will oversee ITSM process enhancements, advise on AI solutions, and guide clients through technology-driven transformations. Your responsibilities will include: Leading workstreams for ServiceNow ITSM projects, covering design, development, testing, and deployment. Mentoring a diverse team and offering industry-leading insights for process implementations. Evaluating organizational capabilities and contributing to strategic roadmaps. Facilitating client workshops to gather requirements and enhance project outcomes. Delivering high-quality project artifacts and clearly communicating project status. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM projects. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), along with at least one additional ServiceNow certification. Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in team management. A valid driver's license and the readiness to travel. Ideally, You'll Also Have: Advanced certifications like ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Experience with performance analytics and reporting.
