Our company is a well established relationship with national department stores and national discount company's located in the heart of San Pedro Mart. Company will provide and guide instructions for future directions.
The Role We are looking for a visionary Fashion Designer to join our fast-paced team. You will be the bridge between creative inspiration and global production. This role handles Import programs, requiring a designer who understands the speed of local manufacturing and the complexity of overseas sourcing.
What You’ll Do
Trend & Forecast: Lead the charge in researching and forecasting upcoming trends to keep our collections.
Creative Assets: Build compelling inspiration boards, curate seasonal color palettes, and manage print selections.
Technical Design: Create detailed, production-ready CAD drawings and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Production teams to ensure design integrity from concept to final sample.
Show effective support and update to director maintain a highly organized, efficient workspace.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 to 7 years in fashion design (experience with major national retailers and department stores)
Speed & Organization: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping projects (and the workspace) meticulously organized.
Communication: A "people person" who can clearly articulate design ideas to both internal teams and external vendors.
Compensation Salary up to $100k commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Domestic production experience and bilingual is a plus!
