Establish trust through in-home consultations with clients
Conduct thorough inspections from attics to crawlspaces
Provide personalized solutions based on your training and tools
Confidently close sales using an iPad sales system
Expand your business with company-provided leads and your initiative
Safely operate a company vehicle
Work in diverse environments including rooftops, crawlspaces, and attics
Prioritize safety in equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
Adapt to work in various weather conditions
Compensation and Benefits
First-year earning potential: $70,000-$95,000 (base + commission)

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Able to work independently and physically in the field
Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses (training provided at no cost)
Professional, reliable, and self‑motivated attitude
Candidates must be capable of meeting physical job requirements to perform tasks safely:
Safely use a ladder within its weight capacity
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing as needed
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator
Be willing to work in varying weather conditions
